Sambucus ebulus, commonly known as dwarf elderberry, is a wild herbal remedy traditionally used in Bulgaria for its beneficial effects on the respiratory, circulatory, and urinary systems.
It may help relieve cough, support high blood pressure management, stimulate appetite, and reduce fatigue and anemia symptoms.
Preparation: Infuse 1 tablespoon of the dried fruit in 400 ml of boiling water. Let steep for 1 hour. Drink one wine glass (approx. 100 ml) 4 times a day.
